Wellesley Equestrian is a Boston-based equestrian products company that not only has the hottest equine products, but also provides high-school and college students with hands-on experience as Associate Brand Managers.
As an ambassador your role in the company is simple - promote our brand! Wellesley Equestrian's team of ambassadors use their social media accounts, networks and barn mates to get first-hand experience in brand promotion.
We know that the best way to learn is to do it with an environment that is familial. Therefore, having the opportunity to learn about brand management while promoting one of your favorite brands is hopefully a great introduction into the world of Brand Management.
Upon being accepted into our program, you will receive a personal coupon code for you and all your followers to use. The more you promote our brand and get people to order off your coupon the more rewards you get! Your personal coupon code has an unlimited amount of uses and will be tracked so that you can claim your rewards. Your coupon code gets you 10% off your entire purchase!

What we look for in an candidate is someone who will genuinely promote our company both in person and through their social media channels. We also expect that our ambassadors are interested in learning, receiving feedback and are eager to work. Most importantly, we look for riders with good character and class. Our riders are expected to support other riders, must be kind to their horses/a strong horseman or horsewoman as well as demonstrate respect to their trainers and parents. We have a zero tolerance policy for inappropriate social media posts, negative comments about other riders or disrespect to your peers, supporters and teammates. Our ambassadors are role models not only for our products but for the strongest strength of character a rider can have.

Within the first 60 days of joining the Wellesley Equestrian team, our ambassadors gain skills in marketing, PR, e-commerce, social media, branding, and communications.
The requirements to qualify as an ambassador are:
- Ideally between the ages of 14-28. No younger than 14, please.
- Ideally Riders competing on the A circuit in any discipline.
- Must live in the United States as we only ship in the US currently.
- If you live in Canada but have a mailing address in the USA you can apply.
